Many of us language teachers have to teach multiple levels. I personally know the struggle! At one point I was teaching 4 different levels, including AP Spanish Language and AP Spanish Literature!

My goal is to provide as much material to help you deliver fun and engaging lessons that make it easy for you to follow and save you time and stress. All while preparing students for the AP Exams!

AP Spanish Language Year-Long Curriculum

This year-long curriculum is organized by the 6 mandatory themes. It includes engaging reading material, projects, PowerPoints, student handouts, FRQ mock exams, and a teacher “Pacing Guide” to organize all the activities.

“La Bolsa” identity project

This fun identity project can be used at the beginning of the year to get to know your students, or at the end of the year as an evaluation of their learning and language skills.

This lesson contains 4 documents: 1. Instructions on how to elaborate the project, 2. A suggested script students can memorize, 3. A rubric with expectations and 4. Notes template so students are engaged during their peer’s presentations.

Songs for listening comprehension

This resource includes 6 songs in Spanish with the teacher version (answer key) and student version. This resource can be used for advanced Spanish classes, including AP Spanish Language.

Each song includes a brief note about the singer(s), context of the song, vocabulary words, fill in the blanks for the lyrics, and analysis questions.

It also includes suggested activities that you can have your students do as tasks/projects as a follow up to the songs.
